As Owner and Senior Consultant, Martin leverages his extensive expertise in print fleet optimization, cost management, and infrastructure architecture to help clients streamline their operations and significantly reduce printing costs.

Throughout his career, Martin has developed a deep understanding of print infrastructure management, from assessing current fleet performance to negotiating RFPs and SLAs. He is skilled at implementing global printing strategies, using advanced tools to analyze print fleet data in real-time and providing comprehensive governance models that ensure optimal device usage and security.

Martin’s leadership and client-centric approach drive the success of The Print Consulting Group, ensuring that each client receives actionable insights and tailored solutions that align with their operational goals.
